Rexxaraean Government

The government of Rexxarae is a unique political entity that dominates the country in accordance with democracy and constitutionalism.

Majoritarian Democracy

The electoral system of Rexxarae, called either Majoritarian Democracy or Authoritarian Democracy(both terms meaning something else), is unique. It does not fully employ the concept of seperation of powers, but relies on it - and on parliamentiary democracy.

The constitution states, with brutal logic, that in common parliamentiary democracies the power of the government(executive branch) is given to those who were elected as a majority in the parliament(legislative branch) - therefor, seperating the two branches is obsolete, because they wiend-up in the same hands anyway.

Executive Branch and Legislative Branch

Both the legislating and executing of laws are governmental powers. The party that achieved the most votes, not neccesarily the majority of votes(note the irony: "majoritarian democracy), becomes the government. They control the law.

Judicive Branch

The supreme court of Rexxarae is ruled over by seven council members who run elections every five years. All seven council members are not aloud to vote or take sides in the elections.
