Rio Grande do Sul was a state of Brasil years ago. Its population always wanted their freedom from this poor country and they made it. The hero of the revolution is César Branco wich is also the region and Tramasoli's country leader. Nowadays Rio Grande do Sul has a few nations that became independant after the revolution.
