Overlord Riok Oran is among the most devious Warlords Overlord Varchak trained and proved it as he took over when he died of heart failure. Continuing Varchak's work for a short time, Riok proved a capable leader, but not an exciting one. Even Roania, Baggera's longtime enemy, stopped the constant verbal barrage on the nation.
As the picture shows, Riok only has the use of his right eye and wears armor that incorporates both his natural horns and metal ones. He is never seen out of the armor and very rarely without his mask.
After he vanished and Crimmond annexed Baggera, he quickly came into the spotlight and took over Crimmond's Imperial Party, who had been usurped from power by Administrator Delta's Black Staff.
