Bob Hiops was born in the Federation of Rineu to Neudegg-born parents in Rineu on work.
Education
He was educated in the Rineu state education system and came to Neudegg for the first to attend the Uinto University despite having Neudegg citizenship since birth. Hiops went on to achieve a masters degree in Education.
Career
Hiops became Deputy Head Teacher and a German teacher in the Neudek Central Private School before stepping down to stand for the Tiuo City Southeast seat in Parliament which was and remains a safe Liberal seat. Hiops was one of only 19 Liberal members of Parliament at the time of his first election which allowed him to ascend through the ranks of the party. He became Leader of the Liberals in 2002.
