Ross Nolvolstic (October 10, 1936 - July 2, 1984), was the Governor of Simpson from 1977-1984. A member of the New Conservative Political Party, he was a candidate for President of New Felix for the 1985 Election. Shortly after giving his victory speech in the aftermath of the Holmgren Primary, Novolstic was assassinated on live television by Mengsk Davidoff, a man who had recently escaped from a mental institute.
