Rovallen
Rovallen is the capital city of the province Rovallen located in Tse Moana.
The City
Rovallen is a city based on education and study. It is the centre of scientific research in the the whole of Tse Moana. Everyone with a little ambition in any scientific field longs to spend at least some time there. The universities, of which Rovallen Academy is the absolute top, are in high demand and they have to reject many applicants each year.
Rovallen has an approximate population of 29 million people making it the second largest city in Tse Moana. About 5 million of these are students and another 9 million are people working in the many scientific organisations, corporations and institutions.

The Province
The province Rovallen is the smallest of the five provinces. It is located in between Abredin (on the West) and Shekestri (on the East). It does not contain any mountain ranges but does hold Tse Moana's only active volcano, Regellen, and on of only two independant lakes (Lake Dryul).
The Province's daily affairs are taken care of by its governor, Hiyaw Tygun.
