Rozier is different than many other cities, however; the city was built in a very wide but deep valley, thus the city has no room to grow out, but only up. Because of this, many of the lower levels of the city are much older and darker and are considered by most to be very 'dirty' and full of 'scum' while the top levels of the city are very new, beautifull and considered to be very high class. Nearly all the buildings in Nojika are connected by a bridge of some sort, most of which are at the top of each building.

The capital city of Nojika, Rozier is located along the Northern coastline of the main-land and parts of the city reach into a small peninsula that reaches into the South Cove of Atlantian Oceania. The city serves as the home to the Nojikan government and as one of the economical powerhouse cities in Nojika.

As the largest city in Nojika, Rozier is home to many sports teams, including Rozier City FC, Cilas, and Imperial City.
