The SKV (English: Federal Committee of Aeronautics; Russian: союзный комитет воздухоплавание) is the Pushistymistani equivalent to the United States' NACA (now disbanded) and NASA organisations, in that it is the figurehead for all space-based activities, as well as overseeing most of the operation and design of atmospheric aircraft. It it headquartered in Kuybyshev, in the east of Pushistymistan.
