Sarcaterre

Sarcaterre, formerly known as Konkan is a province of Clandon with Sarca as its capital. It includes the stretch of rugged and beautiful section of the western coastline of Clandon from Mumbai to Santo Tomàs.
Not much is known about the whole province though the province is predominantly of French background.
