Sathebanus III.

His Royal Majesty Sathebanus III. Kospha Hellheth Thiuboldth was the last King of the Peleveunians 1251-1254.He was the fourth son of Kospha III. ,born around 1209. When his father died of old age in 1250,his brother Brom IX. ascended the throne,yet he was assasinated on the order of Kospha IV. ,the new King,who was himself asasinated by his younger brother and new King Brom X. .However,20 days after Brom X. was made King and crowned,Sathebanus deposed him,slashing him severly in the chest,taking the crown from his head and leaving blood stained finger prints on its gold surface.Brom X. was later imprisoned and he died in prison in 1252.

He married a kinswomen, Queen Aithulaa,the daughter of Aithula the Wise ,the Chief of the Peleuvena-Saddek tribe.

He tried to reign as independently as he could,yet this brought him into conflict with his official sovereign and hegemon,the Emperor of Desh Karb'ai Yathuluk III. of Desh ,who declared war on Sathebanus III. in 1254 and the King,who wished to avoid bloodshed,peacfully surendered his whole kingdom to the Emperor.He later became a prominent figure in the Desh court, becoming an Imperial Judge in 1257.He died in Atheninyara,the capital of Desh.
