Scarfaces is a large region which has a government with many unique jobs, such as 'Minister of Youth and Sports' and 'Minister of Law and Order'.
It claims to have a large intelligence network spanning all over NationStates.
History
The history of Scarfaces is the story of a region that was formed by brave and freedom-loving people from many lands. The men and women who help build Scarfaces came from almost every part of the world. They represented many different nationalities and religions. Through the months, the people and their descendants learned to live and work together, and to take pride in their region .
