Scoopy

Scoopy was a member of the International Democratic Union from approximately April 2005 until it ceased to exist sometime before April 2006. It was also a member of the Isle of Rhodes before joining the IDU.
Scoopy still exists and from at least August 2006 to December 2006 has been in Sicily helping restore it after a regional attack.
