Shakal City

Shakal City is the capital of the Shakal Empire. It is essentially Instanbul renamed. Its population stands at around 29 million and the land area it covers approximatly 423 sq km. It holds all major political and cultural centers including the Imperial Palace, House Of Wills, House Of Repesentitives, the Great Gardens Of Shoa Lakal, and the Wolke Industries Headquarters Factory.

Population Information

The Demographics of Shakal City are surprising. Most citizens in the city are from 16-35 years old. The major reason for this may be the fact that recently two if the highest members of government were replaced by Derrick Braun, the captain of the Imperial Godess Guards, and the Empress Kristina Schraepl II. They got married to secure the Empresses power and strengthen the national cohesion.

The rough Birth/Death ratio of the city is 120/3 it will continue to grow expodentionally. The city itself tends to expand vertically and horizontally in equal proportion, however the high rises hold only floor sized penthouses. These are the same price as a small home and are reported to be well worth it.

Imperial Palace

The Shakal Imperial Palace was built several thousand years ago by the Emperor Zalord. Its construction was so sound that today only the underground area has been modified. Over the centuries small improvements were made, such as the addistion of electricity. It employs around 2500 citizens. Securty is handeled by the Imperial Godess Guards stationed at all hours.
