Simon Wayans Weiner was born on October 11, 1955 in Hallö, Popeleoma Del Signe. He first started working for the Duma in 1965 as a Page and then was promoted to Senior Page in 1969. In 1972, He graduated from the Hasselfurst school of law and served on the Duma from 1976 to 2002 when he suffered a stroke and was forced to resign before the elections.
