This article deals with Socialism as it relates to NationStates. For more general information, see the Wikipedia article on this subject.
Socialism is ideology or a group of ideologies. It can also refer to an economic system or a state that exists or has existed. In Marxist theory, it is the society that would succeed capitalism, and then develop further into communism.
