It has seats in both the Democratic House and Niplomian Peoples Senate at 227 and 72 out of 750 and 200 respectively. Adrain Robert has lead the party for over a decade where as newly elected President, Miss Lawan, is the only female party President in Niplomian politics.

Crticisms

There are several crticisms of SIP. Firstly the party is split into two halves, the centrist reformers and the traditional socialists. Regeardless, both sides of the party appear to work well together by mixing both ideals respectfully. Kanya Lawan describes it as a 'healthy mix' that is, 'best for Niploma'.

However the largest critism is over governmental corruption. Some say of 'creating' votes, a serious crime that will spark International problems, and of merely pocketing tax revenues. Naturally, the party denies this. Interestingly, neither side can be proved correct.
