Sosilosreqpublikanex

The Sosilosreqpublikanex, "Socialist-Republicans" or Socialists, is the democratic socialist political party in Tor Korxum.

History

The Sosilosreqpublikanex was founded by Brön Brako, Johann Grunz, and Michi Nishimura, shorty after the founding of the Free Republic of Siros. Brön Brako was a democratic socialist and the president of the Democratic People's Republic of Öm, DPRO( Ömáí Anurreqpublik Demokräteh, ÖAD) which is now the Latäl of Öm. Johann Grunz was an early leader in the Democratic People's Republic of Zadania, who was convicted of "counterrevolutionary activities" and was nearly killed before escaping to Tor Korxum. Grunz had been a leader of the more democratic wing of the Zadanian socialist movement. Michi Nishimura was Faybian immigrant who moved to Tor Korxum to live with her Sirosian family.

Policies

The party's platform has always favored extensive welfare programs and socialistic policies. The size and degree thereof have changed over the years, but the heart of the party remains the same.

The party has always supported democratic methods and opposed Zadania-style socialism.
