St. Francis Xavier is a Kiravian Catholic colony.

History

The mainland of what would become the colony was not discovered for 10 years after the first sighting of land in the area. The Sacrament Islands, however, were discovered and claimed by the Empire. As small postal settlement was landed there. After the mainland was discovered, the Catholic Church of Valëka petitioned the government to allow its members to settle there, in exchance for giving the Land-Culture Rights to the Church.

The agreement was made, and St. Francis was chartered as a Catholic colony. The first city was named New Rome.
