It was created by the Kiravian Empire to communicate with its linguistically diverse Coscivian territories, and create a standard for Non-Coscivian speakers in the Empire to learn. However, it is spoken by natively only 3% of the Kiravian population, and 12% of the total Imperial population, but all fluent and semi-fluent speakers of any branch of Coscivian can understand it readily.
