Stant Notten has been the chief of the Wyvern Falls Foreign Affairs Department for the last 10 years. Until recently, the job was essentially a figurehead position, as the nation had no presence on the global scale. Within the last 2 years, however, Mr. Notten has been travelling the region, establishing embassies in the nations of Agwanti, and joining the UN as the Regional Delegate.
Stant Notten is an outgoing person, always trying to make connections for his nation. He is a shrewd negotiator, having been a successful businessman before accepting the position.
