The Jedi Order of Starman Deluxe is a massive, economically powerful nation, remarkable for its complete lack of prisons. It is a massive nation of 17 states governed by a corporate police state, but can also be compulsery consumerist state.
Starman Deluxe is a starman from the SNES game "Earthbound", during the game, the Starman Super captures many important characters during Ness's quest to save Eagleland from Giygas. After a while, Ness gets fed up with Starman Deluxe stealing all his friends, and he goes to dispatch the Starman Deluxe. But Starman Deluxe is ready when he gets there, and, after a long and grueling fight, comes out victorious over Ness and his companions.
The capital of Starman Deluxe is Midgar, but other large cities include Nibelheim, Junon, and Kalm. Nibelheim is the home of the dictator of Starman Deluxe, Bob Spelled Backwords (a.k.a. Evan) and his dog, Davidson. Although some of the people of Starman Deluxe think that he is a little young to run the nation, he has provided a steady dictator and has buffed up the military and space programs since he became the new dictator in late 2002, just turning 14 years old at the time. Although recent revolts have come up, trying to dethrone the now 15 year old dictator, but they have all been dealt with by the nation's gigantic military program. With the population rising constantly, Evan has had to expand his territory to welcome the soon to be 3 billion people in his country. Evan says he is very happy with the population of his nation, but he has no plans of giving up his post anytime soon or to change the way he runs his nation
Starman Deluxe's national animals are the Foppys and the Penguins, both of whom are very smart and frolic freely in the nation's many lush forests, and its currency is the gil. There have been many mottos over the past two years, one of the most noticable being "It's the fastest, deadliest, and most ferocious sport on earth, EXTREME DODGEBALL!!!!" but now is currently under "We are Keepers of the peace, not soldiers"
