Starways Congress

Starways Congress is a region created December 16, 2006, by Zwangzug, as a way to avoid membership in the ungrammatical forum possessing the West Pacific.

Around August 25/26, 2007, it became the Featured Region.

Constitution

The constitution of the Congress is technically known as the Treaty Expressing Rights/Responsibilities Inherent For Independent Countries.

In the hope of a more prosperous future for all our peoples, we, delegates of the aforesigned nations, do create this document and form the Starways Congress.

• No member nation shall impede the lives of citizens of other member nations, or impeding the function of equipment of other member nations, whether such equipment be exploring outer space or otherwise outside of its nation of origin.

• No member nation residing within the region shall make war with its fellow members. Should this be broken, the violating nation shall be subject to whatever disciplinary actions as necessary, which may include, but are not limited to, declarations of war or revocation of status of a member of the Congress.

• The Congress may choose a delegate to the United Nations if its nations so desire. This delegate, in casting its votes, shall not be bound by the opinions of other member nations.

• The Congress shall be open to all nations agreeing to abide by this document, but member nations shall not post on other regions' civil headquarters or telegram unknown nations for the sole purpose of encouraging membership in the Congress.

• This document may be amended by consensus of its members, the method of consensus being established before amendment.
