Statute of Desminder

The Statute of Desminder is a statute that has been signed by the Grand Duke Taurus Langston IV of Ansgard on September 13, 2003. It says that as of January 1, 2007, Ansgard will give independence to the Province of Tyrion and cut off all of its ties with it.
