Stephistan was a Game Moderator who, up to her retirement, was known in the General Forum for her opposition to the policies of George W. Bush. She deleted her nation before announcing her retirement on the 27th of November, 2004. She returned for a while as a retired moderator before leaving permanently after a dispute with the moderation team.
