The Republic of Stevens Bay or simpily Stevens Bay, is a country in the south-east of the Saint Holden region. Bordered by St Eades, Fort Curtis, St James Bay, Port Thake, Savilliana, and Tuffinica with a population of nearly 20 million.

Stevens Bay is an ethnically diverse nation with four predominant ethnic groups, the Ossian's (West), the Jordini Muslim's (South), the Stevinian Curts (North/West) and the largest ethnic group, the Fellini (North/East). These groups have not always seen eye to eye and history shows that they have on many occasions faught for power.

Stevens Bay derives it's name from the first President, Steven Anna-Columbo, who came to power in 1764. In 1952, Stevens Bay joined the Union of Saint Holden.

The South Holdini War of Independence

The founding President of Stevens Bay, Steven Anna-Columbo was an influential figure within the South Holdini War of Independence. Anna-Columbo led a rebellion against the Southern Holdinia Empire and during a 21 year war managed to split the Empire and win independence for the northern regions of the Southern Holdinia Empire.

The current President is Viktor Fatas-Selenza of the Coalition party, who came into power on the 1st of April 2007. The follwing groups represent the Coalition Party.

Culture

Holdini culture evolved over thousands of years, with its beginnings in the Fendini and Sambini civilizations, continuing into Classical Holdinia, the birth of the Batikan era and through the influence of the Dacian.

Stevens Bay has a rich culture, including poets such as Marco Suppatello and Idran Dantullo; writers such as Giuseppe Riminni, Lucifer Khan and Bepe Di Sentia; and musicians such as Dino Merloki and Thacis Keroni.

Noted Stevinian film-makers are Sami De Pello, Mario Zintini, Julio Oskari, Maria Annvapolic and Giuseppe Newello.

The Academy of Performing Arts in Ossia was founded in 1481.

Sport

Sport in Stevens Bay plays a huge part in all Stevinian's dayly lives. Football is the nations main sport, whilst rugby, cricket, baseball and ice hockey all have huge followings.
