The Dominion of Strator is a Nation ruled over by the ruthless dictator Xylayis Zartim Strator. Strator was born in 1963 in the south of Yeghnalnd. Strator is known to be completely mad yet he retains his brilliant commanding skills.

He manage to get to the position of general in the small and relatively unknown nation of Klayxtrazis at the age of 25. He started a revoloution in 1989 and the people vested full power upon him.

The Dominion of Strator is now very much a plaything to Strator, as he has total control of almost every aspect of the peoples lives. The advisors and political party members hired be Strato are all mentally retarded to provide Strator more security over his position. People are bar coded and live in their workspaces, they are seperated from their parents at birth. until the age of 6 they take various tests to show their potential and if they are not very smart they do not get an education. peoples names are based upon five factors, a name such as E13G98 No.784 would mean that they were born in sector E in area 13 and live in sector G area 98 they were the 784th person to move to that area. The sectors are A-Z and the areas span from 1-100 in most but some are getting more areas as Strator grows.

Strator's key industry is the slave trade and there have been several wars because of the terrible human rights in Strator.
