TO PROTECT (failed)

Regional we as the U.N. protect the world, keeping peace and upholding international laws. I propose all U.N. delegates get a certain sum of money to their countries. Not only would this drive the ambition to become a U.N. member, thus increasing peace, but also would increase the drive to become a delegate, which is very low.
