Talk:World Cup veterans

What is the purpose of this page? Should it list all of the active nations that started before World Cup 10? In that case, several (Giant Zucchini, Bedistan, etc.) would either have to go or be reclassified with a note on their current puppetmastery as per AIF-though his old nation is still back, so I'll update this. I can't imagine that a list of all the World Cup 1-9 competitors warrants its own page.

In either case, the cutoff feels somewhat arbitrary. World Cup 10 didn't seem to represent any drastic innovation (as opposed to, say, 9, when the RP-bonus was introduced). And the definition of "veteran" might widen as more cups take place. (The article was created circa World Cup 26.) At the risk of seeming an immature n00b with no respect for my elders, I really can't see what purpose this page serves.--Ember Nickel 01:34, 22 September 2007 (GMT)
