Removed "tends to ignore [UN] resolutions anyway" since compliance is mandatory in terms of game mechanics (and generally by RP consensus too). To the author of this article, I'd recommend thinking of ways to comply with the letter of resolutions but not their spirit; that's what many nations do. You may find inspiration here.
