Nope. It's not. I've amended the rankings (as per earlier discussion with Gruenberg).

As an additional commentary, I tend to interpret the economy rating as a measure of economic growth, not strength, my reasoning being that the 'Fastest growing Economies' UN survey orders strictly by ranking in this category. I may have misinterpreted, of course. At any rate, my position isn't isolated; some of us who roleplay developing nations may have booming - perhaps Powerhouse - economies (think China in RL), but that doesn't make those economies strong, or even sustainable.
