Diutinus Plaga ac Natio Rineu

I'm trying to figure out what this means. My presumption is that it means "long lasting region and also nation, Rineu"

I would presume that "Diutinus" is intended to modify both "Plaga" and "Natio"? But in this case, the adjective would have to be in gender and case agreement. Since "Plaga" is feminine, and "Natio" is feminine, this would be a plural feminine case, in the nominative case. This ending would thus be: "Diutinae".

So, "Diutinae Plaga ac Natio Rineu"

Although... "natio" means more race/tribe rather than Nation, which would typically be "civitas". (Fortunately, "civitas" is also feminine, so it need not change the gender of "diutinae"...)

While "regio" could work for Region, rather than "Plaga"... although this, I'm much less sure about.
