Support

  1. I support this. We do our best to be active. We're doing everything we can to be active as best as possible. We can't do any more than that. I second the nomination. --Govindia 18:24, 19 July 2006 (GMT)
  2. I'll support this now: definitely a higher quality region article than usual. ~Gruen2alk 15:04, 31 October 2006 (GMT)
  3. Well done on fixing the image placement, it is now a fine article. John 05:39, 27 May 2007 (GMT)

Oppose

Neutral

  1. Not bad as region articles go. But a lot of dead links, and quite a lot of very short sections. Also very listy. However, with a little improvement, I would support this. ~Gruen2alk 10:20, 6 September 2006 (GMT)
    1. Knights of Zion here: I've been combining a lot of sections, reduced the use of lists, and removed as many unnecessary dead links as possible. This work continues. 198.103.221.51 17:28, 23 October 2006 (GMT)
  2. Re: Gruen. Way too list-oriented to be a featured article, but not a bad attempt so far. (( Pacitalkia )) Time sent: 05:08, 13 October 2006 (GMT)
  3. Image placement needs addressing, specifically the regional map. John 20:25, 9 March 2007 (GMT)
    1. Knights of Zion here: I think the map image is working okay where it is; I'll need clarification on what you believe needs to be fixed about it before I can address it.
      1. I now believe the image placement issue is only occurring on monitors which display at higher resolutions.John 05:36, 17 April 2007 (GMT)
        1. KoZ: took some doing (i.e. a lot of experimenting), but I think I've fixed this issue (May 26th 2007).

Comments/Questions I feel that NSWiki is being severely underutilized as a recruiting tool for NationStates regions. Perhaps too many are regarding it as a role-playing supplement, when it could instead be interpreted (as we have done) as a means of capturing basic data essential to immigration efforts. The content, consequently, leans more towards how the region has styled itself, its mandate, how it operates etc. rather than towards a fictitious account of its history, wars, and so forth. This is not to illegitimize that approach, but we have opted for utility over entertainment.(198.103.223.51 15:38, 7 June 2006 (GMT)Knights of Zion)

The below vote, and nomination, is not counted, as it was made by a non-registered account. The nomination will stand for now, however:

This is a self-nomination, for a regional page I update on a monthly basis. It's an important part of our regional promotion, and keeps the government offices and Japanese terms straightened out for our members. It's a big hit within our region, so let's see how it stacks up (24.42.252.249 02:02, 7 June 2006 (GMT)Knights of Zion).
