Green hair, sadistic, and has too much power, Taren is a despot. Simply said, he hates his job, doesn't trust anyone with it, and has fun messing around with other nations. This 'messing around' results in a small explosion or two, and it's not any real fun unless those explosions take planets with them. National Leader of Jangle Jangle Ridge
