Telcontar is a man of Undertakers_Ministry. He runs errands for Emperor Mithrandir at need, and does the ones that are most important. Telcontar is elvish for Wingfoot. Telcontar is dubbed this because of his unnatural way of making haste and getting anywhere very fast. Telcontar is also great in battle, using his weapon extremely well.
