Tellest Syrý

Tellest Alaska Oak Syrý is the Kiravian Empire delegate to the UN.

Born in Irport, Xirya, Syrý was trained as a cell phone technician, but later found interest in the Service. He took a few international relations corses, and joined the Empire as a Negotiator. After a succesful negotiation for the return of the Midocean Islands from Mance, he was made a Diplomat. In his new office, he conducted relations with several nations, and became Vice-Secriatist of State.

UN Career

Under the United Nations Act of 3470, it was mandated that the UN Delegate from the Empire was to be a natural-born or Kharo-Cosciv settler citizen of the Imperial nation hosting the UN membership. In 3478, the UN membership for the EMpire was switched from Kolaxa to Xirya. Since Syrý was the highest ranking Xiryan in the State Secriat, he was given the job.
