Tharash

Tharash

The Tharash are an insular, hunting-centred culture and species native to Iluvauromen. They are technically feline in appearance, but are characterized by fur covering their entire bodies, save their faces. Male faces are covered with downy, slow-growing hair, whereas female faces are smooth. Tharash do not have fur on the top of their heads, but, like Humans, have hair. The colouring of this hair is always identical to their fur.

Little else is known of this species, due to limited contact even with the other dwellers of Iluvauromen. They are protected by the ICEL military, and, by virtue of an Imperial Decree dating back seven hundred years, are the only citizens of the Commonality permanently exempt from agricultural and military service respectively.
