The BlackWolf Order

The BlackWolf Order is a mercenary nation resident in the Heartland. In its mercenary activities, the BlackWolf Order has been involved in numerous sensitive diplomatic incidents, wreaking no small amount of havoc.
Originally specialized in ground units, the BlackWolf Order ironically became closely allied with the socialist state of Tahar Joblis, which provided naval technology and expertise in return for powered battle armor technology; this led to the creation of a navy and eventually the Onos, one of the earliest Ridiculously Huge Superbattleships of NationStates.
