The Dark Brotherhood

The Dark Brotherhood has always played host to a wide variety of mentally unstable dictators, but it's newest ruler, Vladimir Von Drake, has managed the unusual feat of staying alive. Not only that, but he has managed to forge together The Dark Brotherhood's nobility, which he accomplished by trying them for treason in a court of his own making, and then executing them and stripping them of their titles and lands, before giving them to himself. The remainder of the nobles quickly caught on, and attempted a revolt. The two sides where relativley evenly matched, with neither managing to completley oust the other. This quickly changed however, when Vlad finally emerged from his palacial residence, but he had been changed somehow. Walking past his many guards, he began walking purposefuly towards the latest skirmish, which due to a series of recent loses had moved far closer to his palace. The rebels had been victorious, and seeing the Vlad himself walking through the battlegrounds, the seized their chance to attacked him. The next day, they where found by local farmers, hanging limply from impaling spikes.
