The Downfall of Friendly Alien Organised Crime

Introduction

The task to remove organised crime in the Friendly Aliens was going to be a hard one. Not only was it going to be hard to remove the Sasaka and the Damoskinos in the first place but measures were needed to be brought in to keep similar organisations from filling the gap made.

The task was going to be put under the control of Drathi Anikas Forestar, the Leader of Planetfall Police Task Force Silver, created to deal with the threat of these gangs before BazZeRg's huge reversal in policy. She was ex military and well suited to the task with experience in both the criminal organisations, military protocol and organisation. She was advised by BazZeRg, Odin Plantese, Tacticon Kais, Autarch Tzeentch, Autarch Rah and many others just showing how much commitment was given to the task.

Phase 1

The first step in the eradication of the criminal gangs was to completely cut off all areas held by the organisations from all the supplies they would need. This would effect the Damoskinos most severely, with Orion patrols along all known routes of entry into Friendly Aliens the LADF arrested everyone coming in illegally to either supply them or reinforce them. There was some resistance and fire was fought with fire, they knew fully well the new stance on their kind and this provoked a collapse in all supply lines for both the criminal organisations. With there supply lines cut and with no room to expand the gangs initially tried to break free from their prison with raids against GIGA blockades.

These were bold but unsuccessful, both gangs where only really used to the chaotic close range combat of the streets, GIGA in riot armour and armed with ARC Rifles killed or injured most of the attackers in streams of co ordinated fire. The Damoskinos surprised a few of the GIGA blockades bringing out with them heavy weaponry like machine guns and grenades. Soldiers were lost but the gangs were still prevented access to supplies beyond the Immigrant district, to the point were they couldn't afford such attacks anymore. Some of the gang members began to disband and surrender themselves. Immediately those that surrendered were put on the first flight out of Friendly Aliens and back to their homeland and they were told never to return again after gathering vital intelligence first of course.

With the first wave of attacks finished considerable pressure built up on the gangs, resources were running low and they had started to take from stores. Having built so much wealth and being unwilling to let it go the two main gangs stayed stubbornly where they were unwilling to budge.

Phase 2

The Friendly Alien government had complete control. With the gangs being in no position to retaliate against the blockades, they slowly started moving inwards towards the centre of the territories. But this was a lengthy process with each tower building having to be thoroughly searched before it was deemed clear and it could fall behind the line. Some buildings were defended very fiercely by each gang and that meant it had to be cleared by the Eldars to make sure casaulties were not too high. Armed with ARC SMGs, Machine Pistols and Electro Gloves in the very least they performed very well in the enclosed spaces of the towers. The Sasaka being the most difficult by far to remove from the towers with a proficiency in melee combat, armed with all sorts of exotic weapons. Eventually the barricades had reached near the heartlands of the territories with resistance building higher and higher. In an unexpected move the GIGA blockades eventually stopped advancing coming to a full stop in every super city.

The gangs came to realise that with resistance from the Sasaka and Demoskinos getting higher the Friendly Alien government didn't see it worth advancing further and decided to wait and let the starving gang members come crawling out and surrender. But this is not the whole reason why the barricades did stop, Anikas Forestar had much more interesting plans for finishing off the gangs.

Phase 3

The leaders of the Sasaka and the Damoskinos had to be made to pay for the suffering they caused and the lives they took before and after their announcement as enemies of the state. Forestar had no intention of them just being allowed to surrender and be deported. So when she ordered the halt of the advance she did it with the intention of getting both the leaders of the allied Damoskinos and Sasaka into small areas.

The leaders of both gangs had become under extreme pressure compacted into a small space, they couldn't even risk walking outside due to risk from surprise attack. This made the leaders of the gangs hostile towards each other blaming one another for their downfall. Until one Thursday evening when the Damoskinos Godfather of Dawnea was killed in a bomb attack during his sleep. Believing it to be an attack from the Sasaka they began to fight furiously. News spread of the Sasaka deception fast through all of the Super Cities and fighting between the two gangs grew to extreme levels, it was more violent than the first gang war. With the gangs in such a small space there was no retreat and with such low supplies what started as gun fights ended up as bloody fist fights and melees.

This is exactly what Forestar planned. With the gangs in utter chaos and compacted into only a few blocks in each super city she thought it was the perfect time to deploy the Super Mutants and Predators Squads to finally take out all of the remaining leaders and finish off the Damoskinos and Sasaka once and for all.

Phase 4

Operation Set had come into action, gathering all previously collected intelligence, the locations of all the gangs surviving leaders, fronts and warehouses were found and surveyed by the Green Eye and undercover police. After about two weeks the Special Forces were ready for combat. All these attacks needed to be performed at the same time otherwise there was the risk of leaders running or relocating.

At five o'clock on the a quiet July morning the raids began.

In little over five hours two of the Alliance's largest criminal organisations had fell into oblivion. Hundreds of men and women were arrested and more were taken in body bags to the nearest morgue for confirmation, the government had to be sure that all the key targets were hit. The most resistance came from the gangs in Planetfall it was ironic to see the place where these gangs were born to be the place were these gangs would ultimately fall.

Phase 5

The central areas of each Super City's Immigrant District looked war ravaged but little time was spared to allow others to take advantage of the absence of the gangs. Regular police were taken straight into the districts along with construction crews and they were followed by thousands of civilians who had fled their homes to avoid the conflict. On the very evening of the day of the raids reconstruction began. Old derelict buildings which would normally have been untouchable to Alien construction crews were being demolished and reconstructed.

At the same time vast amounts of police were given the task of checking every single human they came into contact with and checked they had legally entered Friendly Aliens. Unfortunately many had infact been illegal immigrants and would have to be deported but they had broke the law and especially at this time the law must be observed.

After all this it could be said the population of the Immigrant districts had fell by at least a quarter! Friendly Alien officials were stunned at the vast amount of people that had entered the country illegally but they must be sent home. For BazZeRg emphasized that it was vital to completely clean the entire Immigrant Districts or this trouble would simply happen again.

With the Immigrant Districts completely cleaned, over the next few months further funding was given to the districts to get them to such a standard they will be incomparable to any other part of the Super Cities.In the mean time BazZeRg ordered the strict patrols of all borders in an attempt to further stem the flow of illegal immigrants into the country.

In a final touch from Forestar she suggested that in the Immigrant Districts there should be a large police force recruitment drive. This would provide jobs for some of the final few unemployed citizens in the Immigrant District and this would also provide a police force that the population of the Immigrant District will sympathise with more allowing them to be more effective then any Alien dominated police force.
