The Dumner Rebellion was an event that occured shortly Before The Buring Crusade.
Beginings
The Dumner evolved from the People of the Coasts of TGE. The Lack of Environmental laws helped burn a hole in the Ozone, However on the coast, a forgien Corperation employd some envirnomental restrictions and lessened the hole in the Ozone causing the people of the Coast to be less mutated. They have grey skin, white hair and red eyes.

Aftermath
The Dumner are now considered sub-human slaves, they are mistreated and forced into farms that would cause them to farm for all eternity.
