Okibi is the High Sage of the Eight Koi Ponds, and serves as its head of government in all matters of importance.
The Wolfgeschlecht is a brother nation to the Eight Koi Ponds.
The Eight Koi Ponds currently resides in the Stronghold, where it serves as Assistant to the Director of Immigration.
