The Electronian Federation - (0455 - 655)

Nearly 200 years after the collapse of the overly ambitious Tronian Star Empire, a new power in the system of Electronia had emerged, The Electronian Federation. The EF was much more successful than its predecessor, which never managed to get much farther than Tron's atmosphere. Even having managed to establish a permanent colony on every planet, moon, and asteroid deemed habitable in the Electron system, however, the success of the EF was short lived.

Only about a decade after the final colony was established on the last habitable moon in the system, the oppressive nature of the EF led to a civil conflict between the EF, and the majority of the governments setup on the newly colonized planets. The war itself was brief. The EF launched nukes against the colonies, wiping most of them out within 24 hours of the start of the war. The use of nukes, however, proved to be the EF's undoing, with large scale revolts on Tron against them after the public having witnessed the unconscionable cruelty of the Federation directed at their brethren.

The EF managed to be much more successful than the Tronian Star Empire, even in lasting only 200 years. The EF had made great technological advancements within the realm of space travel, cutting the time it took to travel from one planet to another in half, which is one of the chief reasons why it was able to setup permanent colonies within the Electronian system. The EF's founding of these colonies gave the people a sense of a newfound sense of unity has an intergalactic power, even after the EF's collapse.
