The Holy Roman Empire was created on July 10, 2007 and the region has now declared it "National Foundation Day." The region is an Imperial Monarchy and the Emperor is Augustus XI, the founder. Currently, the region is slowly growing in size and strength and is in the process of forming alliances with the Praetorian Empire and other regions. Along with the Holy Roman Empire being the Capitol region, it also consists of Imperial States, such as: Vienna, the Vatican City and St Margaret Mary.
Originally, it was known as the Holy Roman Federation, however, due to inactivity and failure of the loose confederacy government; the Emperor Servant of God, now Augustus XI, has ordered major reforms, including a Constitution, and a stricter and stronger federation government.
