The Kingdom of Old Salomon is a true monarchy which is considered by the UN as a "Scandinavian Liberal Paradise".
This nation was started as a test if a wise monarch can have a happy people. It seems to be a success. It is located in the region "Advancement of Mankind" and is not in the UN so not to be influenced.
The motto of The Kingdom of Old Salomon is: "Wisdom can't be tought."
