The Confederacy of The Land of Lusitans is a nation im Empire Earth, and the Foreign Affairs Minister for Empire Earth. He has been behind both invasions of Pink Floyd (through his puppets of Gwynnedd Durring the first invasion, and Free Thinking Folks durring the second invasion.
