The Lovely Weather Region Union was set up in 1973 by the various nations of The Lovely Weather Region to enforce a level of inter-regional law to prevent the exploitation of lesser nations. Hosted by the neutral nation of Enaltar the Union remains to this day a powerful and influential force in the region.
The flag was commisioned in 1985 by Henry Walters, a crazy hermit designer who lived on a desert island just south of Commiefascia.
