If there is any forum in NS that permits free speech and offers many activities, it's s9. S9 is the NPG's political headquarters and community. The NPG commonly calls itself 'The Third Force'. It served briefly as the main party before being overthrown by the NPC(North Pacific Confederation).

April 29(approx): Insane Power Splits from NPD, dissolves NPD
April 30: Insane Power forms The North Pacific Government
May 1: Insane Power creates s9
May 3: Insane Power creates cabinet*
May 11(approx): Insane Power Declares state of emergency and relieves

May 15: Shoeless Joe is proclaimed Director of External Affairs
May 17(approx): AlHoma is Proclaimed Director of The Community
