Creation and Establishment

The Nurdbotian Red Army was formed just after the end of the Nurdbotian Empire, at the time the Army was a few Nurdbotian Imperial Army Companies, 7000 Imperial Sailors and 3000 Nurdbotian Workers. However, as the days passed after the birth of the Union more Nurdbotian's joined up because of the decent pay and shelter for the cold Nurdbotian winter.

Teething Problems

The robot in charge of the Red Army was none other than Chairman Nurdbot's right hand robot and future Head of the 1st Nurdbotian Robot Soviet, Dravoakbot Neubiant. He was the man who came up with the plan during the crimson night of taking over Saint Nurdysberg's most important area's. His idea was modernising the Nurdbotian Red Army. For the time being, the Nurdbotian Imperial Army was liquidated and there weapons, armoured cars and supplies turned over for temporary use. At the time, It was the turn of the century and new ways of warfare had already begun, the former Nurdbotian Empire was 50 years behind over nations and barely had any machine guns, tanks or proper grenades.

Marshal Dravoakbot proposed to Chairman Nurdbot that the best way to get enough funding for the time being was to sell what the Upper Classes who evacuated from the nation weeks after the end of the Empire had left behind. The Chairman agreed. The Marshal also started to work hard on a new rank system.

Modernising and the new Tech

Nurdbotian Scientists asked for help and the scientists from the nations of Zedoljev and Welle's-Ville answered the request along with some freelance funding. By 1925 the Red Army was starting to shape it self out, the first Nurdbotian Grenade and Machine gun had already been introduced and the T-85 Nurdbotian Edition Tank was being mass produced in Nurdograd's factories. Thankfully, the Nurdbotian Union's economy improved incredibly and the Nurdbotian Red Armies improvements never ceased. By 1930AR the Army it self was 14 million strong and was 56% modernised. By 1996AR the Nurdbotian Red Army was 100% fully modernised and a feared experinced Military Unit.

Today, it would takes years to check Goverment Documents to see how big the Nurdbotian Union is, with introduction of conscription and secret Government units being formed as well as the Nurdostroiksian Red Army.
