The Tok'Conn

The Tok'Conn is a rebel group established within TheNeoDynasty. They are Dynastians who believe that the fascist rule of the Conn family is terrible and they look to reform the nation into a democratic paradise. Though generally hated by the Dynastian populace, they do slowly gain support from the people.

The work secretly within the Empire, using the extensice underground tunnels of the Eastern Empire as their main mood of transportion as well as using most of the under ground bunkers as bases of operation. Seen as terrorists in the eyes of the Empire, each Tok'Conn are branded as traitors and high prices are placed on their heads if cought dead or alive.

History of the Tok'Con

The Beginning of the Tok'Conn

Though the beginnings of the Tok'Conn remains a mystery to the general populace of the Eastern Empire and in fact the world, it is common knowledge to the Tok'Conn themselves. The Tok'Conn were founded by none other than the sister of Shi Conn, Lursa Conn. It was after the conquerization of the Koreas that Lursa came to live with Shi. She had always favored her brother and at the time believe him to be a great leader. However, after a few years she realized that Shi was becoming a dictator and believe that korea should be ruled in a more deomcratic way.

She argued with her brother constantly, trying to make him realize that a dictatorship was not the way TheNeoDynastyshould head. However, already drunk with power, Shi Conn did not listen to his sister. In fact he was disgusted with his sister and cut all ties with her. In secret government documents, he divourced her from the house of Conn, and declaired her dead to the state. She was then sent to prison where she was suppose to live out the rest of her days. Not ready to give up and believing she was doing what was best for the Dynastian people, she gained favor with several prisoners and they made planned their escape. Using a prison riot as their cover, Lursa and her small band of followers escaped and went into hiding. They used the recently built under ground tunnel network as their mode of transportation in the Empire, and begain to set up "safe houses" in bunkers they built off the tunnels themselves.

During her breif life after the prison break, Lursa worked hard and with the help of her original bad of prisoners they founded the Tok'Conn which in Dynastian means "against Conn". Lursa died years before Shi Conn did, at age 43. She was a beloved leader by the Tok'Conn followes and it is because of her great spirit and determination that the Tok'Conn still exist to this day.

The Tok'Conn Occupation of TheNeoDynasty

Though the Tok'Conn and their movement had be generally repressed by the government for years, they achieve their goal for a short time once in The Eastern Empire's history.

It was after the War of the Dead Salmon that Sovereign Shoa Conn signed a treaty, giving up his sovereign right to rule. However, in an attempt to ensure that no foreign government or leader would rule in his place, the treaty called for the Tok'Conn to assume control.

Allowed to established a government body to rule the nation the Tok'Conn governing council was form and ruled the Eastern Empire for three years. Feeling that they had finally achieved their founders goal they began to make many reforms to make the nation a more democratic one. They suspended the caste system which segregated the populace than then began to privatize businesses. Though by Tok'Conn accounts the Empire was finally experiencing a time of great prosperity, Dynastians felt differently. In truth the nation had remained loyal to the Conn family and never truly excepted the Tok'Conn. This and the fact that the many reforms made by the Tok'Conn were those of which the population just wasn't ready for lead to the end of their rule.

Eventually many Shalak-gul soldiers felt they had had enough of the Tok'Conn and rallied together to make many attacks on the capital city in an affort to hunt down and kill the Tok'Conn and take the nation for themselves. In the end the entire Tok'Conn governing council was murdered and the rebellion was for the most part a success.

With their Government destroyed the Tok'Conn returned to their life of hiding.

Present Day Information

Though the Eastern Empire believes the Tok'Conn to have few followers, they continue to gain strength with every passing day. They believe to have learned from their past mistakes and feel that they are that much closer to their founders goal of a democratic nation. They contunie to raid the nation with terrorist acts aimed to slow the Eastern Empire down and in return the Empire continues to hunt them down.

Though no one is sure Whether they will ever win or not, the Tok'Conn have time and time again assured the people of TheNeoDynasty and the world that they will continue to operate as long as a Conn sits as Sovereign and the Eastern Empire continues to exists.

Tok'Conn High Council

The Tok'Conn High Council is a deomcratic council of top Tok'Conn rebel leaders. They are responsible for all missions and matter which pertain to the Tok'Conn.
