In the interest of peace and companionship between the nations of Sicinia Salis and Akaeia, the respective delegates gathered this day in Elotanates have drawn up the following articles, so that prosperity and stability might return to the whole of Acheron. Let bloodshed and enmity end, and all peoples rejoice that peace has come at last among the two nations, and planted the seeds for a glorious future.

Article 1: Akaeia and Sicinia vow to mutually support one another with military forces in the event that a third nation declares war on either or both parties.

Article 2: In the event that Akaeia or Sicinia attack a third nation, the alliance does not come into play because the war is offensive and not defensive.

Article 3: In the event that Akaeia or Sicinia attack a third nation, and the third nation gets a fourth nation to declare war upon either Sicinia or Akaeia, the alliance does not come into play because the initial action was offensive and therefore the war is not defensive.

Article 4: Akaeia and Sicinia recognize the independance of Mernidok and vow to defend in from foreign intervention.

Article 5: For the purpose of mutual action a military consult will be sent from Akaeia to Saint Michele, and likewise from Saint Michele to Akaeia, chosen according to the laws of the nations, and kept appraised of all information at either's disposal.

Article 6: Neither nation is bound by this alliance to assist the other in colonial wars.

Article 7: The border between Sicinia and Akaeia is to remain open with unimpeded trade, save as is common between different nations, and no new fortifications may be installed along the border. Both nations, should they choose, will be encouraged to pull back their frontier garrisions.

Article 8: Neither Akaeia nor Sicinia Salis are to attack possession of the other, including merchants of the other nation, and colonies, provinces, or persons, nor hold goods, persons, or services from the other, without conclusive proof of wrongdoing, presented before action, to the government of the other nation.

Article 9: In one year's time the Sicinian government and the Akaeian government will send delegates to renegotiate the treaty.

This day, the 31of August, the above articles are ratified and held as binding over the Akaeian and Sicinian peoples, through the agreement of each nation's leader as shown by signature below. May the heavens shine upon this agreement and grant both Akaeia and Sicinia Salis glory in the coming months.
